The Atalaya Laya consists of grapes of Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell coming from vineyards located in the area of Almansa between 700 and 1.000 meters of altitude planted on sandy soils and high amount of limestone on his bed. The grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks.
