Triennes, Rosé, France 2024

Triennes Rosé is a blend of Cinsault with Grenache, Syrah and Merlot. The grapes, harvested at night, are cool upon arrival in the winery. They are pressed after a few hours of skin contact, and fermented at low temperature until dry in stainless steel tanks.
