This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake brewed to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Foo Fighters and the release of the band’s 10th album, “Medicine At Midnight”. This HANSHO Silver was brewed while listening to the music of the Foo Fighters. The band’s rock aspects inspired them to create a heavy and expressive flavor with a sharp aftertaste. It has a well-structured mouthfeel and a dignified appearance.
