TASTING NOTE
Visually we can see amber color, brown and orange tones, with reflections of copper and gold typical of its aging in the barrel, clean, crystalline and transparent.
In the nose we can find notes of forest plants, like fennel or thyme, and aging. Notes of phosphorus and minerals that reflect the origin of the grape from slate land. Balsamic and spicy touches.
In the mouth is silky, caramelized, and sweet, with hints of fine herbs that are very pleasant with their bitterness and acidity.
In general, it is a very complex and balanced vermouth.
