Pierre Labet, Bourgogne, Vieilles Vignes, Pinot Noir 2022

The Labet family has lived in Beaune for 300 years and has been making wine under their label since the 1980s. Francois Labet grew up in the family home, Bastion Notre Dame, in teh center of Beaune.  The bastion was built in 1637, during the Thirty Years War, and has been the family home since 1800.  The domaine was named for Emile’s son Pierre, and Francois honors his father by maintaining the name.
