“The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon starts with a dark ruby core, offering aromas of plum reduction, blackberry jus and hints of cedar with a touch of roasted coconut. Medium to full-bodied, there seems to be a mix of French and American oak present on the palate with grippy and rising tannins. The wine ends with a delightful yet straightforward finish. About 23,000 bottles were filled after the wine rested for 17 months, indeed in a mix of new and used French and American oak barrels.”- Wine Advocate
