“Crisper and crisper we go. Less tropical and with more bright citrus, the 2018 Limestone Hill Chardonnay has more acid than the Lesca Chardonnay and no oak to speak of on the palate. The medium-bodied wine has a bright citrus core and shows zippy lemon zest and a soft, nutty and leesy sensation on the mid-palate. It ends with a somewhat long finish with a strict mineral tension and citrus focus. They made 20,000 bottles of this unoaked Chardonnay. If you enjoy Chablis, give this one a try.”- Wine Advocate
