Deep red and bright color. On the nose we can find red and black fruit, along with menthol, chocolate and spicy notes. In the mouth it is expressive and very complex, it has a great potential and an excellent volume. It is a wine with a long and complex finish.

Grapes for the Casarena Owen’s Vineyard go through a double hand selection of clusters and berries. After a careful destemming, the fruit performs a cold maceration with whole berries. To assure a maximum aromatic expression, we start with a natural alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. In oak barrels, the wine experiments a spontaneous malolactic fermentation and it is naturally clarified.
