In 1997 the Casadei family planted many desirable varietals on their 37-acre Suvereto property in Maremma. Stefano’s dream of creating unique wines expressing the remarkable terroir of the Tuscan Coast shows in every bottle of Casadei wine. The family believes that well-tended vineyards using centuries-old farming methods result in remarkable wines.
Stefano and Anna met Sonoma vintners Fred and Nancy Cline in 2012. The four formed an almost familial tie with their shared love of family, respect for the land, innovative endeavors, and of course wine. And this is how a partnership was formed.
