County Line’s pétillant naturel (Pet Nat) of Pinot Noir fills the nose with summer ripe red berry fruits followed by warm biscuity aromas. Effervescent bubbles yield mouth-filling flavors of raspberry and fresh-baked peach cobbler, with a hint of earthy spice. Bone-dry with lively acidity, the Beads’ versatility assures equal enjoyment as an aperitif alongside a savory charcuterie board, or paired with a hearty mushroom risotto.

The first vintage of County Line was solely dedicated to producing a dry Rosé from a whole-cluster pressed Champagne clone of Pinot Noir. A handful of varietals naturally followed. Using traditional winemaking techniques, and a shorter élevage in neutral French oak barrels or stainless steel, each wine is made to provide a cool-climate appellation snapshot of the Anderson Valley, Sonoma Coast, Russian River, or the North Coast. A companion label since 2003, the team at Radio-Coteau crafts these food-friendly comfort wines to drink gracefully in the present and be enjoyed throughout the seasons.
