A candied, tropical nose. On the palate, ripe butterscotch flavors with an easy silky texture. Golden Delicious apple flavor and quite floral, too, with a minty finish.

This cuvée from Thibault Liger-Belair comes from a blend of wines from 60% Mâconnais in the area of Lugny where you can find a lot of limestone in the soil, which gives wines with more freshness and mineral structure. It also contains 40% of wines from Montagny in the Côte Chalonnaise where you can find more clay and white marl, which gives some roundness and density
The aging is in stainless tanks 14 month before the bottling.
