“The 2015 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros is matured entirely in wooden foudres. It has an attractive bouquet of citrus fruit, nutmeg and subtle waxy scents that become accentuated with aeration. The palate is certainly well balanced, with a fresh line of acidity. This is surprisingly strict and linear with a touch of spice toward the poised finish. Very fine, but it will require two or three years in bottle.”-90WA, 2020-2032
