A hand-crafted spirit that has been perfected over six generations, from 1750 to be exact, and it’s made from only three ingredients: agave, water, and lots of love. 

Based in the heart of beautiful Oaxaca, my family lives in the small village of Santiago Matatlan, lovingly known as “The World Capital of Mezcal.”

We are 100% vertically integrated. As a single-estate operation, we grow, harvest, cook, ferment, distill, and bottle Rosaluna from start to finish, giving us an uncanny advantage over quality, control, and consistency. This has allowed us to create a product that is Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, Vegan, and Carbon Neutral.
