“The 2021 Chardonnay Charles Heintz Vineyard was barrel fermented and matured 14 months in around one-third new French oak. It opens with wafts of flint and saline that give way to white peach and savory tones of dried hay, chamomile and honey. The light-bodied palate is silky and energetic, its concentrated core of fruit still mineral driven at this stage. Offer it 2-3 years in bottle. 410 cases were made.”-94WA, 2025-2035
