Billecart-Salmon’s Champagne Rosé helped land a spot on the maps in regards to the appreciation of the pink bubbles. Stylistically the wine is predominately chardonnay lightness and elegance with no skin contact during maceration. Pinot Noir is blended in as a red wine for the light, unique color and red fruit flavors, and it consists of 3 vintages with up to 40% reserve wines.
