Who we are.
I started my career in hospitality here on Kauai after graduating high school. The journey took me to back to the Mainland, then to Maui, and finally full circle back home to Kauai. I became a certified sommelier at the age of 22yrs. from the Court of Master Sommeliers. I have worked at many acclaimed restaurants as a manager and also in the trenches. I worked at Armani's and Oystercatchers while working at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay and I helped open DUO at the Four Seasons Resort at Wailea, where I took over the entire beverage program shortly thereafter. After coming home to Kauai, I opened a wine store called Da Kine Wine. Now, Princeville Wine Market serves the Kauai community, carrying on the vision of perpetuating and promoting wine culture on Kauai.
